You sign up with your email address and use taktjam free for 30 days - no credit card. The trial doesn't turn into a paid subscription automatically: a subscription only starts once you actively book one. When the trial ends, your account switches to read-only mode - all your data stays in place, viewable and exportable; only editing is paused until you pick a plan.
Yes. You decide how many hours before a lesson starts a cancellation still counts as on time, whether late cancellations still get a make-up lesson as a goodwill gesture, and whether - and after how many months - credits expire.
You open a scheduling round for a period (for example the start of the new school year in September) and define your teaching windows per weekday and location. Your students (for children usually a parent) use their personal link to mark, in a few minutes, which slots work and up to three preferred slots. The assistant works out conflict-free plan proposals from that. You fine-tune and publish, and the recurring lessons are created automatically, with a confirmation for everyone.
Yes, for iOS and Android as a companion to the web app; you manage your account and subscription on the web. Your students don't need an app: the practice space works right in the browser.
