Who is taktjam for?
For self-employed music teachers and small private music schools in Austria, Germany and Switzerland - from your first student to a full schedule. taktjam is aimed at business users (B2B); the product language is German or English.
How much does taktjam cost?
Solo costs €12 per month or €120 per year (2 months free). Solo Pro with 50 GB of storage and 10 times the AI quota costs €19 per month or €190 per year. For music schools with several teachers there's the School plan: €29 per month plus VAT with 3 teachers included, each additional one +€6 per month. Try it free for 30 days, no credit card required. The first 50 founding members pay €9 per month permanently - the founding price is applied automatically at checkout while seats are available.
What is the Einteilungsassistent (scheduling assistant)?
You open a scheduling round for a period (for example the start of the new school year in September) and define your teaching windows per weekday and location. Your students (for children usually a parent) use their personal link to mark, in a few minutes, which slots work and up to three preferred slots. The assistant works out conflict-free plan proposals from that. You fine-tune and publish, and the recurring lessons are created automatically, with a confirmation for everyone.
Where is my data stored?
On EU servers (Frankfurt). Data processing agreement included. Full data export and account deletion possible yourself at any time.
Can I import my existing students?
Yes - students are set up in a few minutes. There's a CSV import, and founding members get personal setup help.
