Delete your taktjam account
On this page you can request the deletion of your taktjam account and all data associated with it. It applies to taktjam on the web (taktjam.app) and to the taktjam app (Android and iOS). taktjam is a product of clubjam FlexCo.
Option 1: Delete it yourself — instantly
- Sign in at taktjam.app.
- Open Settings → Data.
- Under “Delete account”, confirm by typing DELETE.
Your account and all data are deleted immediately and irreversibly. An active subscription is cancelled automatically.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Can’t sign in anymore, or already uninstalled the app? Email us from your account’s email address at datenschutz@clubjam.co with the subject “Account deletion”. For security, we verify the request via the registered email address, complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm it by email. No login or installed app is required.
What gets deleted
Deleting the account deletes all data associated with it:
- Account and profile (name, email address, settings)
- Students and guardians
- Lesson times, calendar and make-up lesson account
- Notes, homework and messages
- Media (audio recordings, photos, files)
- Created invoices
What we retain
Billing records for your taktjam subscription are subject to statutory retention obligations (§ 132 BAO, Austrian Federal Fiscal Code: 7 years; Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and are deleted once those periods expire. Technical server logs are deleted automatically after a short period. Details in the privacy policy.
Tip: before deleting, you can download a full data export (JSON) under Settings → Data — for example for your own record-keeping obligations as a teacher. This is no longer possible after deletion.
